We are hiring a Customer Success Lead to own the full customer success lifecycle across NHS Trusts and private healthcare clients.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You will design and lead how customers are onboarded, supported, and expanded. You will work closely with the founders, product, and engineering teams, and will play a visible role in pilots, conversions, and partnerships. You will partner day to day with our AI Deployment Engineers, the people embedded on-site in Trusts to drive adoption, and over time you will lead and manage that team to make sure every deployment succeeds. The role involves regular travel to NHS Trusts across England, typically 1-2 days per week on-site.
We plan to grow from a dozen Trusts to 30+ over the next 12-18 months. You will build the customer success function that makes that possible.
